Saturday, February 20, 2010 : exams~
Hey people...looks like it've been quite some time since I last blogged. Can't help with it either since exams are approaching really soon. It's not soon, it's just tmr! =X But yeah, I guess I am prepared, so I'm going to the exam hall to mantain my grades from common test. 4 As! That really takes a lot of hard work. About motivation, I think what has happened all this while is enough to motivate me. So yeah it's just about not losing my focus and not being overconfident. Wish me luck peope, tmr 4 pm!
Sunday, February 7, 2010 : Fear Factor
alright...some things that happened earlier this week would be the "fear" factor. Alright, I got bitten by a rat in the first station which they took it down asap in case of other rat-biting cases. There wasnt really much time to take photos since everybody was busy with their own challenges. It was more of worms- maybe at least 3 diff types? haha! but seriously it wasnt really fear factor. The only station that kinda freaked me out was that we had to put in our hand in this covered pail and touch the animal in it. It jumped, so did my heart. It was later that I learn it was a frog. lol! So I guess that's about it. And yeah exams are coming soon. Guess I'm feeling quite confident this time. Just hope that I will get at least 3As when the GPAs were being calculated.
Anw guys, have you ever thought of your future? I'm not referring to NS, but what is gonna happen after that? This question kept on playing on my mind recently, and I guess I might have an answer for myself. I'm quite interested in joining the Airforce, especially when you look at the benefits we r going to get. I wanna apply for it during this upcoming hols, or if I didnt get it, guess I have to start thinking of a Plan B. I just wanna be successful in life.
Monday, February 1, 2010 : MJs bday!
Hey! Firstly a very happy birthday to a really good friend of mine, MJ! No more bday boy, but bday man! 23 already lei~ Yeah, so some of us came a little bit late, guess half an hr wasnt so late right? haha....but yeah we met up at dhouby ghaut(idk if the spelling is right)arnd 1pm there before heading off for kbox @ destiny's. The place was quite cheaper, maybe better than the previous place that we went on terms of space and the songs available. Yeah...I guess when it's kbox time, we should focus more on rock songs rather than those love songs..haha too many love songs is not good~ cos rock songs makes people feel livelier. Songs like Love Drunk really make people want to just shout into the mic. And yeah we played some poker games and drinking games. The loser had to drink green tea and later it was changed to coke. That explains why I was complaining of the weird taste on my tongue. Yeah so after some few hours "stuck" on the KTV, we went for dinner~ and yeah arnd 9.30pm, it was home sweet home.\
